Absolutely first class service. Had a flat so they ordered the tyre, fitted the spare and I left the original wheel with them. I carried on to my appt. Came back a couple of hours later, tyre was on the wheel balanced and ready to go. In and out in 10 mins. Second time I have used them Absolutely class outfit Would highly recommend
Fantastic garage, great staff and value for money
I was unlucky enough to get a puncture, but lucky to have this garage recommended to me by a friend. I had been to a few places regarding the puncture and they had refused to repair because it would be to difficult for them due to the foam lining. This garage had no problem and did the work perfectly and without complaint. They didn’t charge any extra, just did the work to perfection. All the staff I spoke to were very polite, helpful and friendly. The workshop area was clean and tidy and everything was laid out neatly ready for other jobs (I think I was first in). Decent price and great work. Would recommend this place to anyone.
I arrange for a full/major service over the telephone. I gave the make, model mileage and reason why I needed the service doing (long family trip) I explained that the main reason for booking the full service was down to thorough checks, all filters changed and most importantly- the spark plugs were to be changed. When dropping the car off, I confirmed that is was for a full service ect... 6 hours later I get a call saying the car is done - great. I went to pick it up and was told that the breaks were a bit worn but everything else was OK. I asked if all components of the service were completed, only to be told that they didn't do the spark plugs or the filters as the could get them through their supplier "BUT DONT WORRY" they were only going to charge me £120 for a downgraded service. I explained AGAIN that the elements that were missed off were the reason for the service, only to be told that unfortunately there is nothing they could do apart from knock another £20 off the price. I tried to reason with them as I would now have to goto MG and pay £389 to get their full service, so why am I paying for something twice - I got not reply. I asked why no one had called to ask if I would like a minor service to go ahead - all I got was a smile. OBVIOUSLY I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE AHEAD WITH THIS. I have tried calling them and I have even filled in their online contact form but no one has replied. I have been left with no alternative but to fill out the small claims forms for court. A BIT OF ADVICE FOR EVERYONE - IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, WHEN YOU GET THE CALL TO SAY YOUR CAR IS READY, ASK WHAT HAS BEEN DONE THEN - DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU GET THERE. Expensive service. £20 a simple tyre repair for a 5 mins job. Other places charge 10 max 15. And they didn’t do balancing after that.
Went for my mot this morning , this Garage is the very Best , lovely atmosphere and staff are second to none ☺️, would Highly recommend, nothing is too much trouble, from the Blue focus, this morning.
4 new tyres fitted at a time slot I was given no fuss and away... Would recommend
Awful customer service to a young woman on my own! Arrived whilst it was quite busy and parked up, went over and approached someone and was told he would send one of the lads over when they got a chance. Sat in my car and waited for 20 minutes. By this time all of the cars had gone out of the bays. So I went into reception to find the same man sat there, he huffed and puffed when I didn’t know what size tyre, came out looked at my car & quoted me £90 for 1 tyre on a focus nothing special! Then told me to park in a bay. So I parked in the bay and sat there again for 10 minutes to be ignored, so I left. Honestly felt like I was being ripped off, as last year I paid £87 for someone to come and change my tyre at home! They obviously didn’t need my custom by the way I was treated.
Can't rate this garage highly enough. Always happy to help and do a really good job at reasonable prices
Ieft waiting in reception for 15 minutes, staff were rude and no options where given as to what tyre i wanted.

These replaces a tyre for us on a walk in request. Front desk staff was super helpful, we didn't feel pressured into buying etc. Will for sure return for future work on the car.

Called in to get tracking done. Unfortunately the nuts wouldn't budge so I was asked to return so they could use heat to free things off. Returned a couple of days later and the job was done. Really happy that even though it took 2 visits the cost was just the regular. Thanks guys
I originally rated these 5 stars but after having used them on 4 separate occasions and had to return the van back to them on 3 of them occasions due to the work not being carried out properly I feel its only right to amend it. on my latest visit I had my drivers side shock absorber, spring and track rod replaced I picked the van up at closing time by the time I got down the road I knew it wasn't right when I got home I got my torch out the spring was not sitting right in the shock absorber the outer cv boot was damaged grease had splattered all over the wheel and arch the inside cv boot hadn't been put back either obviously I returned it the next morning and they agreed the spring wasn't right and agreed to replace it along with the cv boot, they originally on the phone agreed to do the wheel alignment as well so I've just had a tyre fitted elsewhere thinking the alignment had been done well if it had it shaw hadn't been done properly the new tyre is now all chewed up off ti get it done at a reputable garage tomorrow and as far as the suspension spring is concerned it should never have left the shop like that it was dangerous and all repares should be checked before they alow you to drive away in it

Simply avoid. Been refused to fix my puncture because they said it's been running flat, which if it's happening ill be less than a mile. They dont have my size on stock and give me mad prices for middle range tyres,and ill arrive on next day. I bought a tyre from black circle and go again to ask them to replace it. They refused, because tyre isn't been bought from them !!!! I bought Bridgestone turanza and they said wasn't a good tyre because not bought from them and can't fitted it. So if someone ok with tyre fitters who can't fitted first class brand new tyres can go to them. My advice is simply avoid....
Great garage, nice staff in there, always get treated with professionalism. Great work and MOT always done to high standard. Never had a problem with this place. I tell everyone to go there for work on their cars. If there is a job they cant do, they recommend another good place to go and dont send you to cowboys.
Nothing is ever a problem they cannot do, quick clean professional and all at a great price
